Shipping
Every light box is made to order. Orders are handmade and shipped within 5–7 business days, then sent with tracking.
We ship by tracked SF Express. Asia (Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore): free, about 2–5 business days after dispatch. US, UK and Eurozone: US$15 (charged in your local currency at checkout), about 4–8 business days. Canada, Australia and New Zealand: US$30, about 5–10 business days. Because the light box contains a lithium battery we can’t ship to other countries yet — email us and we’ll check for you. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Import duties and taxes, if any, are charged by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns & exchanges
If your light box arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will repair or replace it.
Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery; return shipping is paid by the buyer. Once the package has been opened, items cannot be returned for change of mind.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received.
Battery care
Charge with the included USB-C cable and a standard 5V USB adapter. Do not leave the light box in direct sunlight or near heat.
Privacy
Payments are processed securely by Stripe or Etsy. We never see or store your full card details.
We use your name, address and email only to make, ship and support your order.
This site does not use advertising trackers. It detects your country only to show prices in your local currency, and remembers your currency choice in your browser.
Terms
Each piece is handmade, so small variations in colour, cut and finish are normal and not defects.
Prices are shown in your local currency; the final amount is confirmed at checkout.
